  How to make a purchase

Due to the United Kingdom leaving the EU on January 1 2021, there are a number of new regulations that come into force.

Your order is completed when you have passed the checkout process, by confirming and paying in the web shop. The order confirmation will be sent to your email address typed in by you when placing the order. Please check your order including your address-telephone and contact details.  Please let us know immediately if anything is wrong or unclear. 

Discount codes cannot be used on Sale items.

Can customers use multiple discount codes on a single order? Discount codes don’t stack. … Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

Prices

For UK customers; prices are displayed excluding VAT (value added tax). Prices do not include the cost of dispatch. Due to Brexit; import VAT and import custom duty will be charged on the order and is invoiced separately by the transportation company when it enters the UK. Customs duty and import VAT and any other expenses associated with the import are not controlled by Outdoor Functional Wear and is the responsibility of the customer to pay. 

No additional taxes or import fees should be applied to those orders under 135 GBP when they enter the UK

For NON EU customers; prices are displayed in your choice of currency excluding VAT (value added tax). Prices do not include the cost of dispatch. Import VAT and import custom duty will be charged on the order and is invoiced separately by the transportation company when it enters your country. Customs duty and import VAT and any other expenses associated with the import are not controlled by Outdoor Functional Wear and is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Prices do not include the cost of dispatch. The prices shown on the date when the customer places its order are valid through the whole purchase process.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation.

Prices are displayed in EURO (€) and statutory VAT (value added Tax) is included for each EU country, added at the checkout.

 

Shipping Information

Items in Stock:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed within 1 – 3 days. If it is likely to take longer then we will let you know, although this is uncommon.

Items out of Stock:

We endeavour to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website, however in the event of an item being out of stock you are entitled to choose either to wait until it arrives back in stock, or to cancel your order. If an item you order should be out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible.

Please allow between 2-3 weeks.

All orders shipped with Post Nord Non Traceable has no tracking or insurance for lost packages and can take between 5 – 10 business days.

All orders shipped with Post Nord Traceable have a tracking number and can be followed, they usually take about 5 – 10 business days.

All orders shipped with DHL come with a tracking number, and delivered between 1 – 2 business days Express and 3 – 5 business days Economy.

The Swedish Postal Service does not pick up orders on the weekends

If your country is not on the drop down list, please do not hesitate to contact me, I am able ship worldwide.

Customs duties and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay. (Find out more information on your national customs’ website.)

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages and deliveries that are denied by the customer at the destination will be returned to us after 10 days. For all unclaimed packages/denied deliveries, you will be charged for all costs involved with the return to us. (freight cost to your destination, return freight cost and in some cases a fee that the freight forwarder claims us to pay)

Lost or Delayed Packages

If you have not purchased the option to track your package then Outdoor Functional Wear is NOT responsible for lost packages. Once your order is out of our possession, it is no longer our responsibility.

Please note we CANNOT be held responsible for any third party delays.

Free exchanges, return labels are sent with Stierna, Uhip, Cavalliera when shipping with DHL only

1. RETURN POLICY

Please contact Outdoor Functional Wear before you return any items. I am here to resolve most if not all issues that arise.

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in new condition. If the product is destroyed or used, no refund will be made. Make sure to include contact information when you return a product and enter the tracking number and a brief description of what the concerns/problems are.

Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable: Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to the bespoke element.

1.2 SHIPPING

RETURNS

To return your product, I need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Please return your product to:

You must pay for your shipping costs for products that you are returning if a shipping label was not supplied.

Shipping costs are not refundable in cases where a return label was not supplied.

If a return shipping label was provided, when you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

On any occasion that Outdoor Functional Wear offers FREE SHIPPING and you want to return your item using the return label provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund, all charges are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation.

On any occasion that Outdoor Functional Wear offers FREE SHIPPING and you want to return your item and a return label was not provided, then you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and a full refund of the product/s purchased will be issued.

1.3 EXCHANGES

Like any small busniess I would like to avoid any type of exchanges, I would like my customer to make the right choice first time around, but with that said if you are in need to exchange an item, you can exchange the product within 30 days of delivery and the product must be in new condition. If the product is destroyed or used, no exchange will be made.

To exchange your product, I need a receipt or proof of purchase, and for it to be in its original packing. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Refer to 1.2 SHIPPING regarding the shipping. 

OFW will pay for your return shipping costs for products that you are exchanging, if a return shipping label was provided.

When purchasing clothing it is recommended that the customer use the size charts provided to avoid any issues.

WARRANTY

OFW sells all products with a 1 year warranty under the Consumer Buying Act. All guarantees apply in Sweden. 

The product warranty covers manufacturing defects. (Defeats do not include normal wear and tear, paging or damage which is done to the product after the product has been delivered to you).

If you purchased a product, you may, in accordance with the consumer’s license, have the right to require free repair, return of a new defective free item or to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.
