A few tips for a proper fit

The fingers should fit entirely inside the glove without leaving much space inside the material. Wrinkles indicate that the gloves fit is too loose, which in turn will limit control of the reins. 

Finger length

To determine if the length of the glove is correct, intertwine the fingers and press the material all the way down. Look at the seams between the fingers to see if the length is correct and the glove lines up with the hand. Close the velcro and see that the glove fits securely on the wrist.

Pressure points

For an optimal use of the reins, the rider’s hand needs to be soft and flexible. The glove should not cause any pressure points. Form a fist with your hand and see if you feel any pressure points or if the glove fits comfortably firm and secure.

How do I wash my riding gloves?

The gloves should be washed regularly to maintain an optimal, secure grip.

Velcro closures 

When in the washing machine close the velcro strap, matching up the patches perfectly, to ensure that nothing gets stuck. We recommend placing the gloves in a laundry bag before washing them in the machine.

Washing instructions

When washing by hand, use a mild soap and water. Allow the gloves to air-dry and do not iron.

If gloves are only slightly dirty, the surface can be wiped clean with a lint-free cloth.
