Description
Wooler Long Stable Boots
Wooler’s long stable boots are really easy to use. Strong velcro helps to attach the shaped guards to the horse’s leg in the best possible position.
You can change the sheep’s wool inside the stable boot regularly to maintain the best treatment and effect.
Sheep’s wool thickens and becomes greasy when used, so in the future you can decide yourself how much wool you need and want to use for protection.
These long boots are also designed for transportation, so you can use them wherever you want and need, in the stable or on a trip!
N:B ‘Very important that you remove and check them once a day to see that there is no sand or anything between the product and your horse’
The outer shell of the boots are neoprene, which keeps the leg clean while using, and enhances the utilisation of the wool’s thermal properties. The soft mesh lining inside the boots keeps the wool in place, allowing the lanolin to work evenly throughout the entire boot.
Sizing: There are three sizes; S, M and L.
S size is suitable for ponies.
M size for a smaller horse (e.g. warmblood and most half-breeds)
L size for a bigger horse.
Sheep wool wrapped around a horse’s leg improves blood circulation and prevents stress injuries . If your horse’s legs swell or accumulate fluid, wool will take care of these problems as well.
Wool lanolin also treats joints and tendons and is recommended by veterinarians for the home treatment of tendon injuries.
Wool is antibacterial, so it treats horses’ wounds as well. The best care response is obtained when wool mattresses are wrapped overnight, but I recommend trying it during transport as well!
Hand Wash Only, hang to dry, but do not wash the wool!
